YEX is manufactured in an ISO 6 GMP clean room from specific-pathogen-free (SPF) eggs, sourced from a CFIA-inspected flock that also supplies eggs for human vaccine production. Every lot is tested for sterility, mycoplasma, endotoxin and a panel of avian pathogens before release, and is qualified on cell proliferation.
